ALYX JORDAN - CEO, FOUNDER
Alyx Jordan is the discreet founder and lead architect of Ivy House, where she has developed both the proprietary digital infrastructure and the broader strategic framework of the brand. With over 15 years of international business experience, she brings a distinctive blend of technical mastery, creative leadership, and strategic foresight to the initiative. Holding a law degree and a background in engineering, Alyx has built a dynamic portfolio across software, manufacturing, fashion, and education. She has overseen the development and market launch of more than 150 products, with specialist expertise spanning product development, digital architecture, manufacturing systems, and contour engineering. A published author and designer, her work is consistently recognised for its combination of innovation, elegance, and enduring impact.
Alongside her entrepreneurial career, Alyx recently became the face of the debut campaign for a luxury fashion brand, further extending her creative portfolio. Her broader experience includes styling Grammy-winning musicians and collaborating with world-renowned teams for artists such as Beyoncé and Teyana Taylor — reinforcing her reputation for creative excellence at the highest level. Her achievements have been recognised through global features in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan, and she has been nominated for a Woman in Business Award in London.
CHAND BAUNGALLY - PRINCIPAL MANAGER
Chand Baungally is a dynamic and passionate Mauritian entrepreneur and fitness coach with nearly a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. From a young age, she embraced work with dedication and resilience, always seeking opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully.
She began her career as a part-time worker during her childhood and has never let any obstacle hinder her journey. Her humility and ever-present smile have helped her welcome challenges with grace and determination. At the age of 20, Chand worked as a beauty consultant at Mado Parfums, where she gained five years of valuable experience. Simultaneously, she pursued her passion as a part-time fitness coach, eventually gaining certification as a LesMills instructor. Her mission has always been to motivate others and help them make meaningful progress in their lives.
She holds a Diploma in Management from Charles Telfair Institute, which laid the foundation for her business ventures. Today, she is the proud founder and owner of Tekiah Works Ltd, a construction company. In addition, she serves as Principal Manager at Ivy House and also works in collaboration with MyFit 360. Chand is continuously eager to learn and grow, devoting herself fully to every role she takes on. Her journey reflects a powerful blend of hard work, passion, and an unwavering belief in personal development and empowerment.
